Users may exercise their rights by contacting the Data Controller using the details provided in Section 9.

Personal Data Collected

Through the contact form on the partshub.it website, the following data is collected:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Organisation name (optional)
• Message content

Technical browsing data (IP address, browser, device, pages visited) is also automatically collected via server logs, solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the website.

Purposes and Legal Basis

Data provided through the contact form is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to the contact request — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• Sending commercial communications and updates — only with the user's explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention Period

Data collected via the contact form will be retained for the time strictly necessary to process the request and, in any case, for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, unless required otherwise by law or until consent is withdrawn.

Technical browsing data is retained for a maximum period of 12 months.

Data Recipients

Personal data is not sold to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be communicated exclusively to:

• Technical service providers (hosting, email services, contact platforms) acting as Data Processors;
• Competent authorities, in case of legal obligation.

The message submission service uses FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party service acting as an intermediary for email delivery. Data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS).

Extra-EU Data Transfers

Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) exclusively in connection with the technical services indicated in Section 5. In such cases, the Controller ensures the application of adequate protection guarantees (e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).

Data Subject Rights

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the user has the right to:

• Access their personal data;
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Erase their data ("right to be forgotten");
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• Restrict processing under certain circumstances;
• Obtain portability of data provided;
• Withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

The partshub.it website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking cookies. Only technical cookies essential to the functioning of the website are used, which do not require consent under Article 122 of the Privacy Code.

No traffic analysis system is in place that would involve the collection of users' personal data.
